New Apple Duo Core Intels have a slight bump in processor speed.
Here’s the deal. Because of certain software choices, I have to haul around two frickin’ laptops through airport security twice or more times a week. Besides the damage to my back I’m probably doing, it’s a big pain in the culito to haul around all this stuff. But now that the MacBook Pro is Intel-based, just like PCs are, I can now run all my creative stuff AND have my x-browser testing, .NET development, server-side stuff, blah blah blah, on the same laptop. Virtualization is so cool like that.
I’m looking forward to the day. May it be real soon.
