Shameless plug for the company.
If you are a user experience professional or information architect in or around Boston, Cleveland, and Chicagoland and are looking for a great place to work, I’d recommend you link up with us at Brulant. Here’s a job description for the UX and IA roles. It’s a fast moving firm and we’re growing quickly, lot of work in the pipeline, lots of opportunity to help grow a firm. I’m surprisingly happy here, all things considering. It’s a bit strange to say, but I feel more in my groove here, with a technology and business driven company than a creatively-driven company, like say, an ad agency, which tends to not understand how the technology and business could or should work together with the creative, which I’ve seen tends to get those firms into trouble. Creative at Brulant is valued, it is a player at the table; it’s just better integrated into our work than I’ve seen at other firms. I feel like this firm is most like my previous consulting firm, Viant, in terms of the quality of people that we hire. I can’t say enough good things about the people and the group I work with.
Also we’re looking for Java and Microsoft devs of all levels.
For more details you can contact me via the comments section (all comments are vetted by me anyway, and don’t get published right away, or sometimes, at all).
