Okay. I can understand that if you don’t fill in this form in a minute? You get booted because 3 jillion other people want to see that band. And I can understand, even, to a much lesser degree that if you get past the one minute timer that you have 3 minutes to fill in this page. But what I don’t understand is this:

How the HELL does $36 worth of tickets suddenly turn into $61 and change? Screw you, Ticketmaster, and your so-called convenience fee and your order processing fee. You can bite me.

Apparently, TM’s definition of convenience charge doesn’t cover refunds or exchanges, for which they’re very sorry for the inconvenience.
