		<description>RYC:  I read the lifehacks site sometimes, but it&#039;s not a subscription.  GTD seems like a system for it&#039;s own sake.  

I am getting pretty into the &#039;&#039;only twice a day&#039;&#039; thing, at least for personal email. At work I can&#039;t do that because I can&#039;t use an autoresponder.  But, I have started only checking mail once I complete my &#039;&#039;tasks of the day.&#039;&#039;  

It does seem to work pretty well.</description>
