		<description>Everyone wants an immediate and palpable response to an action, which also is a symptom of our sick culture. All movements begin with small steps. Everyone has to start somewhere. Next year we can try several weeks in advance with local efforts and build up to another hour or maybe even two offline.</description>

		<description>Chicago really didn't participate too well. I live in the downtown area and I turned off all my lights, my ISP actually shut off their services for the hour, and I just noticed the same amount of lights. It's sad that people won't even participate in a possibility.</description>
